This month we are traveling far east for some real Seoul food - our patty rests on a duo of kimchi, both regular tangy kimchi, and a creamy kimchi mayo while topped with a slice of cheddar, fresh leek and radish julienne, crispy wonton wrapper and umami-packed miso and garlic mayo. This month we are bringing back an American classic and old friend – The Cricket. Invented and first served by Cherry Cricket restaurant in Denver, Colorado – the patty is topped with a generous portion of cream cheese, chopped spicy jalapenos, tangy pickled red onions and ketchup. NORD ITALIA - This month we present you with a medley from northern Italy. The bun is spread with truffle infused mascarpone creme – while the patty rests on a endive salad it is topped with creamy Taleggio cheese, salty dry-cured ham, tangy balsamic reduction and crunchy rosted almonds. PRIME TIME - This month we celebrate two of the most sought after primeurs that spring has to offer, asparagus and ramsons. We have paired these two delicacies with one of the French mother sauces, the hollandaise and our in house smoked bacon. The Flat Iron Sandwich - This month we have swapped our original beef patty for a flavorful flat iron steak – the bun is spread with a tangy vinegar Mayo while the thinly sliced, low tempered steak rests on a bed of rocket salad and is topped crispy fried shallots and a fresh and spicy tomato, caper, herb and cucumber salsa. THE ITALIAN JOB! This month we bring back an old favourite – our very first burger of the year. In this Italian inspired burger our patty is served on a bed of peppery arugula with aioli and topped with truffle salami, Parmesan cheese and semi dried cherry tomatoes. TACOS LOCOS! This month we draw inspiration from the crazy delicious and iconic treat from Mexico – the Taco. We let our patty rest on a rich smokey chipotle salsa and Mezcal pickled tangy pineapple – topped with smoked cheddar, creamy guacamole, dehydrated corn and crispy fried tortilla chips. This flavor bomb will make you go loco.

Mango Tango! This month we let Mediterranean ingrediens dance with Indian flavors. We have topped our beef patty with tangy parmesan cheese and spicy chorizo sausage - paired with sweet mangoraya, peppery roquette salad and fresh mango salsa. This last month of the year we bring you an early Christmas gift in the form of an extra Burger of the Month – both burgers are inspired by real Norwegian Christmas classics and this is one of them: On this burger our beef patty rest on a swede/parsley mayo and fried kale – topped with classic Pinnekjøtt (salted lamb rib), tangy lingonberry sauce and sweet swede pure. Served with a side of crispy, salty almond potato chips. Delicious!

It's almost the weekend, the perfect excuse to try our fantastic burger of the month!! The new burger is filled with papaya & mango chutney, roasted aioli, drizzled with a smokey chipotle tabasco sauce , gorgonzola, “Vestfold” salad and topped off with coffee infused bacon.

It´s Tuesday, it´s 1st of march, its a new burger of the month! The Spanish Mexican influenced burger is served with mixed greens, guacamole with cottage cheese, topped with matured cheddar and a dressing made of smoked bell pepper and grilled chorizo. Ladies and gentlemen, we introduce you to the new burger of the month. A juicy burger served with melted Jarlsberg cheese, mint mayo butter, topped with a fresh curry mango chutney with flavors of garlic, ginger, sesam seed and thai chili. Well, we fell in love!!!

We can surely entice you with our new burger of the month! The Christmas-inspired burger is filled with Norwegian "ribbe", red cabbage salad, pickled cucumber, and topped with a crispy bacon rind and mustard mayo... Holy Cheesemas!
